Confirmation 2025
5th and 6th class children recently made their confirmation. To prepare for the ceremony the children attended a wonderful retreat in Ballintubber Abbey. The retreat focused on the gifts of the Holy Spirit .
The confirmation ceremony took place in our local church in Bekan. It was a memorable occasion for all involved . A special word of thanks to Fr.Tod Nolan, Vicar General of the archdiocese for the lovely ceremony and to Fr. Brendan McGuinness for his help and guidance and to the wonderful school choir .
To mark the special occasion , the children were treated to a fabulous pizza party courtesy of our Parents’ Association.The children were delighted and the pizza was yummy!
