Cultural Tour

We went on our annual cultural tour recently.  We had a wonderful day.

We left Bekan bright and early and headed for Croke Park , where our love of history and sport merged ! We got a tour of Croke Park and the museum. Our tour guide was excellent and we learned so much.

From there we went  to the National Museum where Mr. Keane brought us around the museum and gave us our own personal tour.  We’re lucky to have our very own archaeologist. Thanks Mr. Keane!

We were  invited by Paul Lawless T.D   to visit Ðáil Eireann. What a  privilege it was for all of us. We were given a tour and met Paul Lawless where he gave our children an opportunity to voice their concerns about farming issues. We are very appreciative of the invitation and of the local TD’s time.

No visit to the capital would be complete without the obligatory visit to Burger King on the way home.
